Neuro Linguistic Programming is a set of skills that decipher the way in which you store unconscious information mainly in visual, audio and kinesthetics form. This unconscious information determines your life choices, decisions and outcomes.
NLP techniques and tools help access this information in its unadulterated form to make permanent changes to behavioural patterns, negative emotions (such as fear, anger, pain, sadness, etc.) and beliefs. Language has been one of the tools generally used by therapists for decades to gain access to this information. But verbal expression goes through several filters that adulterates the information.
